　　该句中有两个考点需注意，一是“with+复合结构”，二是cover -词的特殊用法。With the building of good，fastmotorways就相当于Since good,fast motorways have been built.cover在此不是“遮盖，覆盖;包含”等常见意思，而是“走完一段路程”。

　　他们昨天计划走60英里。

　　“with+复合结构”在句中常作状语表伴随、方式、原由、条件等。具体结构如下：

　　*with+宾语+分词或短语

　　*with+宾语+形容词或短语
